Rosie’s Story

The journey that shaped her purpose

Born and raised in the North West of England, Rosie’s path to becoming a therapist was deeply personal — shaped by her own experience of self-doubt, perfectionism, and the long road to genuine self-understanding.

Early Life

Growing up with invisible struggles

Born and raised in the North West of England, Rosie grew up with many visible privileges, yet much of her childhood was marked by criticism, comparison, and a persistent sense of not being enough, leaving her with low self-confidence, deep self-doubt, and an unrelenting drive for perfection.

This sparked her early curiosity about the mind and human behaviour, leading her to study a BSc in Psychology at the University of Manchester. Guided by a deep sense of empathy, she began her career in early years teaching within primary schools, before moving into social work, where she supported children and families navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges.

The Turning Point

When she could no longer outrun how she felt

In her mid-twenties, after years of pushing herself, facing burnout, and carrying deep self-loathing and shame, Rosie realised she could no longer outrun how she truly felt. The uncompromising pressure to be “enough” had finally caught up with her, and for the first time, she couldn’t push it down or keep performing.

This turning point wasn’t a quick fix, but a transformational process of looking inward, confronting long-avoided truths, and recognising that much of her inner struggle had been learned, and could therefore be updated. That insight became the catalyst for profound personal growth, a journey that continues to evolve as Rosie hones the tools she now shares with others to reshape and rewire their own patterns.

Finding Purpose

Becoming the therapist she once needed

Through this experience, Rosie discovered her true life’s purpose, to support others in navigating their own challenges and to become the therapist she once needed. This inspired her to return to university to train as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist.

Over the past decade she has blended her clinical expertise, extensive training, and lived experience to help clients create real, lasting change. Today, her practice is a direct expression of everything she learned on that personal journey, and everything she continues to learn.

What I stand for

The values that guide every session

Everything Rosie does is underpinned by a core set of values and principles that shape how she shows up for every client and organisation she works with.

You are enough

SELF-WORTH · INNER CRITIC · BELONGING

Not when you’ve achieved more. Not when you’ve finally got it together. Right now. As you are. So much of what holds us back — the anxiety, the self-doubt, the relentless inner critic — stems from a deep-rooted belief that we are somehow not enough. I know this because I’ve lived it. My work is built on the belief that your worth was never something you had to earn — it was always yours. When you truly believe you are enough, everything else becomes possible.

It starts with you

IDENTITY · AUTHENTICITY · SELF-TRUST

Your identity, values, and experiences don’t just inform how you live — they are how you live. I help people build confidence, self-trust, and a life they feel genuinely proud of. Grounded in empathy, honest conversation, and shared human experience, I create spaces where people feel seen, heard, and free to show up as their most authentic selves — in every room they walk into.

Real change. Real life.

TRANSFORMATION · SCIENCE-BACKED · SUSTAINABLE

This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about meaningful, sustainable change that is built to last. Through practical, science-backed therapy, workshops, and public speaking, I help people overcome anxiety, silence self-doubt, and create real, lasting transformation — setting goals that feel aligned and actually achievable. From the therapy room to the boardroom, everything I offer meets you exactly where you are.

Freedom to be

SAFETY · INCLUSION · RADICAL BELONGING

True healing only unfolds when you feel completely free to show up as yourself — messy, imperfect, and whole. I cultivate environments rooted in trust, empathy, and radical openness where every person is welcomed, celebrated, and liberated from the need to perform. In therapy, in workshops, or among the people who matter most to you — belonging here isn’t something you earn. It’s something you already have.

Mind, Body & Balance

HOLISTIC · NERVOUS SYSTEM · WHOLE-PERSON

Wellness is more than how you feel in your mind. It lives in the body — in the way you breathe, move, nourish yourself, and respond when life feels demanding. My approach is holistic and whole-person, supporting the nervous system, building strength, nourishing the body, and creating the balance needed to truly thrive. Because wellness isn’t a destination. It’s a way of living — one that honours every part of who you are

Rosie’s Mission

Today, Rosie’s mission is to empower people to move beyond survival mode, build genuine self-trust, and create lives that feel calmer, more purposeful, and unapologetically alignedwith their true authentic self.
